Network Systems/Sales Engineer

This is a multi-faceted role helping our customers troubleshoot integrating our product into their networks, troubleshoot issues that come up for existing customers, and helping our engineers develop network testing tools to diagnose network issues. We use new technologies like websockets and WebRTC, but many customers have complex networks, proxies, and managed devices.

Network security expertise would be useful too, as customers have questions about our security protocols sometimes.

We'll soon be releasing SSO support (SAML2, Google Apps) and a few other features for enterprise customers, so experience there would be great.

We're also working on some other products, where an experienced enterprise network admin will be able to contribute.

Customer/Sales Development Representative

Double Robotics is expanding and looking to bring on a Sales Development Representative in our Sunnyvale, California office. As a member of our team, you will be at the forefront of building new relationships with a growing number large enterprises transitioning to telecommuting.

You will:

  • Manage the top of funnel sales process and generate new business opportunities from a targeted list of potential Double partners
  • Research accounts, identify key decision makers, generate interest and develop accounts to drive potential opportunity
  • Work closely with the Sales Lead to develop lead gen programs
  • Prospect into cold accounts and warm leads at some of the largest telecommuting organizations
  • Respond to inbound interest and qualify fit for the Double robot through discovery calls
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Close.io
  • Stay up-to-date on telecommuting trends and use cases

We Want:

  • 1-2 years of experience exceeding quota in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales, and/or Marketing at a SaaS or Cloud company
  • Professional phone presentation, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
  • Somebody who is generous, strategic, driven and very entrepreneurial
  • You will wear multiple hats at Double and need to show excellent customer service skills through all levels of communication
  • Open communication and transparency are a MUST at Double to succeed with our growing sales team.
